As a public service to the tax payers and because many counties throughout Ohio already have the property records on line, it was decided that in order to keep pace with the current trend in technology the Belmont County property record cards will be available on the Auditor’s Web Page beginning January 6, 2003.

The property record card information may be accessed by name, parcel ID or you may search for a card by name, parcel ID or street address. The data will be updated nightly to provide next day current information. The site was built by Manatron, Inc., Dayton, OH.
